Please tell us a little about your Abarth 750 likes. Also anything about what you might be looking for on the site. I know many have signed up but have failed to tell us about yourself or your cars. I look forward to making the site all about the cars and the owners. Past and present.

I have sent you some pictures. Hope they help.
I am very impressed of this website. I am a new member, but I have been involved with Fiat and interested in Abarth related Fiats since 1967. Now I am restoring my own Fiats from the 50th, 60ths and 70ths. At present time I am restoring a Fiat 600 Allemano Coupe 1957 model that original from new was Abarthized. It was bought new from Anthony Crook Motors in 1957 and then it had an Abarth 750 ccm motor, but iit was lost from an earlier owner. The first owner was a norvegian shipowner and was brought to Norway from Anthony Crook Motors on his own ship. The first years it was the private car to his wife. I have collected a lot of parts to build up a new engine but I still need some parts for the engine. What I now need most is one Fergat steelwheel 3 1/2 x 12 with 7 went holes because it has Girling disc brakes. I have 3 steelwheels and miss one.. I hope someone can read this and give me a tip.

So glad to have you as a new member. Please enjoy the site and share your pictures with the group. Mike is always looking to add info about the cars on the site and I’m always trying to help as well. Enjoy your new ride. You can email either of us through the website email contact.
Hello members, so happy to find this site yesterday, I recently aquired 585940, just starting to go through it and get it ready to drive. I'm mostly into old 911's, but I have always loved small displacement little cars. Currently working on the DB, a really early series 1 Elan, and a 73RS restoration. JB thanks for the wiring diagram this will help with getting all of the lights to work. Cheers Randy
Hope everyone has been following the sale on BAT over the last week. Another new owner of a DB. Mike has placed a link and pictures on the site. It will be nice to hear from the new owner about their new purchase. The good news for our family of members is that the sale inspired many new members. Also our site has had many visitors. If any of you would like to comment or add material Mike and I are always ready to help with the site and your questions. Please read some of my earlier post recommending updating your profile on the members pages. I am always looking for connecting with the members directly if you want to drop me a note.

Best I can do. These helped me to wire my DB. Hope I have helped. If you find something better or can add some info please feel free to comment. John
Thanks, was at Amelia this past weekend and saw a Record Monza auctioned off for around $87.5 or $98 with the 12% fees - car looked quite nice. Any advice on where I could get an electrical wiring schematic for an Abarth 750gt?
Sorry to say from my resources Greg is no where to be found. Has dropped off the Fiat scene almost twenty years now. I do have some good sources if you need some help or maybe tips. Check out our More section for some suppliers. The Fiat Group is getting leaner and much older.
I read through the informative Abarth tips epistle. Great by the way - I tried calling the # for Greg Schmidt to see if he was still selling parts and get his catalog but have only heard a continuous busy signal. Is he still doing this or was that an old number that is no longer valid?
Welcome to the site and glad you have decided to join the members. The group will enjoy meeting you and learning of your DB. We can show as many pictures of you and your car. Mike has developed many different areas that you can take advantage of and tell the story of your car. If you need any help navigating the website we are both available with help and assistanc. Just joined today. I have a 1959 750gt with an 850 engine in it currently. I have a 750 block and abarth head and a spare 850 block too. Still deciding what I want to do engine wise. Car has the larger two cap fuel tank, front disc brakes, aluminum rear brake shoes, original Jaeger gauges and steering wheel, new floors and new door glass from Berni Motori. Resealing the 850 now, brake systems all replaced with new calipers /lines etc. , body work done, racing radiator repaired and installed, main radiator out for cleaning, paint and interior maybe by summer. Love the shape of the car and the noise.
Mike and I are so excited to see so many hits on the site and so many sign up as members. Remember this site is only as good as you make it. As we go into 2019 I hope that many of you will take the time to improve your members page and tell us about your knowledge of the DB. Many of you have corresponded with me in the past. You have chosen member names that I might not recognize. Please reach out to me through the email if you would like me to know more about you and your interest and maybe a car that you own or have owned. As you can see we encourage all to join in. Happy 2019.
